Whitsunday Regional Council is committed to helping the community during times of natural disasters. As a result the council are one of the leaders in this field. A Disaster Risk Management Team meets regularly and has trained staff to answer your emergency calls prior to and following a disaster. The information is there to help you prepare, and be aware of proceedures when a disaster does strike.
